Summer House is the ideal vacation home for the whole family to gather! This beautifully renovated, single story property is located in North Forest Beach, just a short stroll to the ocean.
As you walk through the front door, you’re greeted with an open floor plan, coastal décor, free WiFi, and lots of natural light. The well-appointed kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and a wrap-around bar for easy conversing. The dining area offers seating for eight, with an additional six bar stools at the kitchen counter.
The living room is comfortably furnished with plantation shutters, two couches, and a TV with a DVD player. The pool deck can be accessed through the sliding doors, as well as through doors in the master bedroom and one of the queen bedrooms.
The fantastic pool area will provide hours of enjoyment! Lounge chairs and two dining sets surround the pool itself, while a covered bar with a gas grill, a sink, and bar stools is sure to please. The pool terrace also features an outdoor shower for added convenience after a day at the beach.
*This property has a pool and spa that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee. Both the spa and pool share the same heater. For the spa to be heated, the pool must be heated as well. When isolating the spa to heat to a higher temperature, the pool will be not be heating. It is important to turn off the spa when finished. At least seven days' notice must be given for heat to be turned on. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool or spa does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will not be given.

Fantastic Vacation Home

This place is amazing inside and out and extremely close to the beach.
Me and my family had an amazing time here. The house is remarkable on the inside and out. It has a very open feel with places to get away if you need some alone time. I would highly recommend this family home for rental.
