The main floor contains the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with enough space for everyone. The living area has access to the private deck area, which leads to a common dock. You can also enjoy the magnificent ocean views from your very own private balcony on the second and third floors! Guests of this home can enjoy pool access at the South Beach Club pool as well. (Pool passes are available upon request .)

Port Villas is just a two min walk to the South Beach Marina Village, bike and water sports rentals, and the famed Salty Dog Cafe. The South Beach Tennis center is also available to guests for an additional fee. Coligny Beach is by far the most popular beach nearby and it's only a short 15-minute drive from your rental. There you can find beach amenities, several eateries, and a family-friendly atmosphere! Fish Haul Beach Park might not be as popular as Coligny, but it's quieter and offers a more relaxing vibe for those who need a getaway within a getaway.

Perfect Family Setting
A great place for a family vacation. All the comforts of home with a bonus view of the Marsh. Clean, cozy and plenty of room to spread out. 5 minute walk to good, bike rentals and pool. Right on the cove (which is freakin’ AMAZING!), and a few minute walk to the beach, it’s been our magical, mystical get-a-way spot for years. My personal favorite is the miles of biking trails through the Spanish moss laden oaks.
As James Taylor famously sung— In my mind, I’m going to Carolina...

The Perfect Family Get Away
Just spent a week in this amazing condo with my husband, daughter and son-in-law and eight year old granddaughter. Arrived to a clean, homelike feel. Thus condo provided everything we needed for the week including breathtaking views of the marsh, easy 5 minute walk to the beach and tons of food options by a one minute walk cut through to the Salty Dog for food, shopping and bike rentals. The best was watching my granddaughter fish from the dock. Roomy family area, balconies and outside porch beautifully landscaped. Home away from home.
