Spring Has Sprung On Hilton Head Island

It is officially springtime on Hilton Head Island. Azaleas are blooming, the sun is shining and we are getting ready for the RBC Heritage Golf tournament! The tournament kicks off in just 7 days and with Lucas Glover, Luke Donald and John Daly (just to name a few) committed to play, it promises to be a great tournament. There are still spectator tickets available at www.rbcheritage.com. If you still need accommodations, we have those too. Just give one of our reservation specialists a call at 800-845-7017.

A little entertainment for the children – Greg Russell will be performing under The Liberty Oak, in Harbourtown starting April 2nd-6th and April 9th-11th at 7:30pm. He will start performing nightly with the exceptions of Saturdays starting May 25th at 8pm. Shannon Tanner will be back at Shelter Cove by King Neptune. Shannon will begin Spring performances on Friday, April 13 at 6:30 pm and will play Tuesday – Saturday at 6:30 pm until Memorial Day when he starts Monday – Friday with two shows at 6:30 and 8:00 pm.

If seafood is your thing, join us on April 28th at the Shelter Cove Community Park for the 5th Annual Hilton Head Seafood Fest from 11am until 5pm. Local restaurants will be serving up their seafood specialties and The Headliners will be providing the musical entertainment.

On May 19, the Kiwanis Club of Hilton Head Island, presents the Rib Burnoff at the Coastal Discovery Museum at Honey Horn. Local restaurants and amateurs compete to see who can cook the best BBQ on Hilton Head Island. There will be bouncy castles and slides for the children as well. Visit http://hiltonheadkiwanis.com/activities/rib-burnoff for more information.

Before you know it, Summer will be here and that means so will Harbourfest at Shelter Cove. Fireworks kick off June Tuesday June 19th.

Give us a call at 800-845-7017 to secure your next Hilton Head Island vacation! We look forward to seeing you soon!
