Shipyard Golf Club

This 27-hole layout was designed by George Cobb and Willard Byrd and was the site of the 1982 through 1984, Hilton Head Seniors International tournament and was rated as one of the finest layouts on the Senior PGA Tour. Located within a mile of Sea Pines Circle this course is one of the most popular on the Island.

Large greens, four tee positions, and a beautiful setting of magnolias, oaks, pine trees winding around many lagoons, and ponds make this a course to be considered while visiting the Island.

Nestled within Hilton Head's natural setting of majestic Carolina pine trees, flowering magnolias and moss draped oaks, Shipyard Golf Club's 27-holes offer some of the most spectacular golf views imaginable.

Directions

Enter Shipyard Plantation from either Hwy 278 or from the Pope Avenue entrance and the guard at the gate will give you a pass for the day. Follow the signs to the golf course.
