Robert Trent Jones Course

The first course built in Palmetto Dunes it underwent a massive re-construction in the spring of 2002 and the course was drastically changed to make it more difficult and more memorable. Water holes were added, par 3’s lengthened, tees and greens rebuilt and enlarged, movement in the terrain and elevation variations were built into the course in order to help retain its position as one of the most popular courses on the Island.

The signature hole, the par-5, 10th, plays into the ocean breezes and gives the players a great view of the Atlantic Ocean. A winding lagoon works its way throughout the course and comes into play on 11 of the 18 holes.

Turn off of 278 into Palmetto Dunes and follow the signs to the Jones Course.

Tips from the PGA Pro

Complete renovation. The course was given a complete "face lift". Changes were made in greens, faiways and bunkers. The changes have made it a course that must be included in your next golf package.
