George Fazio Course  A walk in the park could well describe this great golf course located in Palmetto Dunes and designed by acclaimed architect George Fazio.
The course demands exacting shots over bunkers, water and marsh hazards and is regarded as one of the Island’s true championship facilities.
Golf Digest has listed the Fazio Course as one of America’s best 100 courses and in 1994 the tees and greens were rebuilt to exacting standards. The golf course is continually recognized as one of the Island’s must play courses.
This course is known for its tough par four holes with the 18th covering over 460 yards making it a truly memorable finish.
Directions
Turn off of 278 into Palmetto Dunes. As you approach The Marriott bear right to the guard gate. Tell the guard you have a tee time at The Fazio Course and he will give you a pass for the day (no charge). Take first right and go over bridge and follow the signs to the Fazio Course.

Tips from the PGA Pro
At one time the Fazio Course was listed as a "top 100 Golf Course" by Golf Digest. There are only two par-5s to balance out the long par-4s. Have your driver warmed up!!!
