In your complimentary Rental Analysis, we’ll show up front what making all that money is going to cost you. Starting with our commission, which is probably lower. We spell out deductions for cleaning and housekeeping, regime and plantation fees, and other costs like mortgage and taxes that you pay directly. We don’t “forget“ anything. You won’t see a mark-up on maintenance and repairs with us, and if something needs fixing, we get estimates and your permission first.
