possible, and we’ll work with you to gain the maximum
rental exposure. CAREFUL consideration will be given
to any price reductions. We also guarantee that your
monthly statement, complete with itemized expenses,
will be mailed by the 15th of each month, so no guess
work is involved. |

| We will maintain your property year-round with no “up charges”. In addition to inspecting your property
after each rental, we will also perform an annual
property inspection and analysis in the Autumn season. |

| Our advertising campaigns guarantee maximum
exposure for your property. The internet, along with
magazines, television and newspapers will all be
included in our marketing strategy for your investment. |
| COMMITMENT #4 |
| We provide a dedicated toll-free number and
password-protected Internet access to real-time
information regarding your rental property, so you can
check rental status and review monthly statements
whenever you want, not when we say you can. |
