Resort Rentals of Hilton Head Island is a full service vacation rental management company. Established in 1958, we are the longest operating independent rental company on the island. Because of our owners our inventory is - simply put - a step above the rest. We manage both homes and villas, from 1 to 8 bedrooms, with prices to meet everyone’s budget. As a family owned and operated company, we offer a hands on approach to keep your investment well –maintained. We know owners want to maximize their income and minimize their expenses, but most want something else – they don’t want to worry about it. We are here for our owners, 24 - 7 365 days a year and we treat your home as if it was our own.
Our Broker-In-Charge, Mark Westbrook brings the experience of being in Hilton Head Island property management since 1984. He has worked on both the start up a rental company, to now the oversight needed to manage in excess of 250 homes and villas. He still works all aspects of the business and gives a unique vision to the everyday needs and wants of both the vacation guest and the property owner. He is currently the President of the Hilton Head Island Property Management Association and past co-chair of the Home and Villa committee of the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce.
