Upon entering through the front gate you will be greeted by a private walled entertainment area featuring a private pool with jacuzzi*, a large Savannah style brick grill and a covered bar fully equipped with a flat screen TV so you won't miss your favorite sport (or Soap!).

Up a flight of stairs you will enter the main level of this professionally decorated and beautifully appointed home. You enter the main living area which features a living room that is open to the loft above, a large dining area, open kitchen and a den/sitting area. There is also a full bath featuring a walk in shower located off of the living area.

On the main level you will find 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with 2 twins each. These two bedrooms share a hall bath that features a walk in shower. The 3rd bedroom on this level is furnished with a queen size bed and features a private bath with walk in shower and access to a private balcony.

The second level of the home is highlighted by an open loft area that is open to the living room below and has access to a curved balcony overlooking the pool and presents views of the Atlantic Ocean just steps away! There is also a writing desk setup in a nook off of the loft area so you can easily park your laptop and check in with the office, if you must!
