Located midway between the two Evian entrances, this single-level end unit welcomes each guest into a cozy atmosphere. Upon entering, one immediately notices the traditional style and rich wood that adorns the home. The living room is equipped with a flat screen television, DVD player and stereo. The kitchen and both bathrooms were remodeled in 2007 making this villa one of the nicest ones in Evian. A large private patio offers a view of the golf course as well as one of Shipyard's many lagoons offering a haven to many of the native birds.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, a private bath with a large walk in shower, French doors leading to the patio, a television and DVD/VCR.

The guest bedroom features two twin beds, television, DVD and access to the hall bathroom. This bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Along with having access to on-site tennis courts the owner has provided an additional hour of free tennis a day at the Van der Meer Tennis Center for the 2009 rental season.

Within walking distance to the beach, the Crowne Plaza Hotel, the Van der Meer Tennis Resort, the golf course and lagoons, these contemporary French Quarter style units have something for everyone.

These villas have unique floors plans, including French doors, wet bars, spacious kitchens and separate living and dining areas and patios off the living room. Bike trails provide easy access to the beach or you may prefer to park at the Shipyard Beach Pavillion. Evian also features a large pool area and lighted tennis courts.
