Upon entry into the foyer, you will notice the natural plank hardwood floors and cathedral ceiling with over sized windows. Extensive multi-level decks surround the oceanfront pool leading to a private beachwalk. The first floor of this two level home includes a large open living room with wet bar, spacious dining area with seating for eight, and kitchen with breakfast area and built-in bookshelf.

PLEASE NOTE: The home can be best described as an old-fashioned beach house. You will love this home because its oceanfront location and modest rental rates make it a wonderful vacation value. The pool is closed down from 11/1- 3/1.

There are 2 master bedrooms on this level; the first is a spacious suite located at the front of the home with a king bed, television, armoire, two closets, full bath with shower/tub combo, and a private balcony overlooking the front yard. The second master bedroom is in the rear of the house and features two walk-in-closets, one of which has its own vanity area with sink. The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi and a separate walk-in shower. A third bedroom with a double bed and old-fashioned writing desk is attached to the rear master bedroom with access to the back deck.

The second floor has 2 additional bedrooms one with a king bed and private bath and one with two twin beds and a private bath. There is also a loft with a sleeper sofa.

This home is perfect for family gatherings and business retreats. The private pool may be heated* and the hot tub is heated year round for your vacation enjoyment.
