This fourth row, ranch style home is conveniently located in the heart of Sea Pines. From this home you are with in a short biking distance to South Beach Marina and Harbour Town. With its easy style and large private pool area Shangri La will become your vacation home away from home. At the front door you are greeted by an open living room with 47" flat screen TV just off the living room you enter the dining room and eat in kitchen. The pool/Jacuzzi* is accessed through a slider door in the dining room.

PLEASE NOTE: The home can be best described as an old-fashioned beach house. You will love this home because its location and modest rental rates make it a wonderful vacation value.

The large master bedroom is nicely furnished with a king size bed, sitting area, 37" flat screen television and private bath. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower. The twin bedroom is located on the same side of the house as the master bedroom and has access to a hall bath with a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom located on the left side of the home is the perfect room for teenagers or a couple as the room features two queen size beds. This bedroom also features a television and private bath with a tub/shower combination.
