Nestled on one of Shipyard's beautiful golf courses, this contemporary home will provide that much needed getaway! Easy access to the beach by the many bike trails of Shipyard Plantation.

This multi level home is open and inviting. The back yard features a private pool with views of the golf course. There is a large screened-in porch on the back deck that is also accessible from the master bedroom. The first floor features a large gathering area that includes the living room with a large screen TV, dining area, kitchen and breakfast nook. The master bedroom is also located on this floor. The master bedroom is spacious and furnished with a king size bed and television. The master bath features a tub as well as a separate shower.
