This townhouse has a ground floor entry and parking is available right in front of the unit. The living room on the main level features a 37” flat screen TV and DVD player, as well as sleeper sofa for additional accommodations. There is also an additional sleeper love seat in the sitting area at the top of the stairs. Guests on this floor also have access to a powder room. The master bedroom is located on the main floor and has a king bed.

The guest bedroom is on the second level and is furnished with two double beds. Both bedrooms also have 32" flat screen televisions and offer views of the pool. Both private bathrooms feature tub/shower combinations.

The spacious townhomes of Water Oak in Palmetto Dunes Resort form a u-shaped complex around the pool area. The views from each cluster of units are either of the pool or the Robert Trent Jones golf course, one of three 18-hole courses in Palmetto Dunes.
