This fifth floor villa features an open living/dining room with sitting balcony to enjoy the beautiful views of the lagoon, pool, and Atlantic Ocean beyond. As you enter the front door, you will enter the private foyer and you will see 2 doors, an A and B door.

The A-side features the living room, kitchen, guest bedroom and guest bathroom. The living room has a 32" flat screen television with a sliding glass door that provides access to the balcony. The guest bedroom is furnished with 2 double beds and TV. You will also have a private bath with a large soaking tub and step-in shower.

On the B-side, you will find the private master bedroom that features a king size bed, TV, small balcony with a small table and 2 chairs, and a bathroom with large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.
