The home features a spacious floor plan with an open kitchen, dining area, and large windows, allowing much sunlight into the home. The living area is nicely furnished and features high ceilings with a sky light. The den, directly off the living area, has direct walk-out to the pool area and is equipped with a television, VCR and DVD.

There are three bedrooms on the main level. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, a private full size bath, a television and a VCR. The other two bedrooms each have 2 Twin beds and share a full size bath.

The second level has two bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed and the other with 2 Twin beds. Both have a private full size bath. Also on this level is a small sitting area which has a television and VCR.

In the back of the house is a private swimming pool*and an added benefit to this home is the extensive seating space around the pool area.
