This Evian stand-alone townhome features a relaxing patio and great lagoon views. The main floor consists of an eat-in kitchen, dining room with wet bar, and living room. The living room features a 42" flat screen TV, DVD/VCR player and provides access to a patio with gas grill.

The first floor also has 2 bedrooms the first of which has a bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and private bathroom with tub/shower combination. There is also a room with two twins, 19" flat screen TV, DVD/VCR player and access to the hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

On the second floor, the master bedroom features a king bed, 32" flat screen TV and private bath with separate dressing area. There is a walk-in shower with a jacuzzi tub. The loft area at the top of the stairs has a daybed with a trundle.
