Be one of the first guests to stay in this recently renovated first floor unit. New owners have remodeled the kitchen area, repainted and have new mattresses on all beds. The villa consists of a living room featuring a 32" flat screen TV with DVD/VCR, separate dining area and kitchen. The kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless appliances.

The master bedroom has a king bed, private bath with separate vanity, tub/shower combination and flat screen TV. Down the hall, the second bedroom has two twin beds, TV and access to a hall bath with a tub/shower combination.
