This beautiful oceanfront home in Sea Pines is sure to please everyone in the family for your next Hilton Head Island vacation! This home has recently undergone renovations and updates and has been finished with high end tile, wood floors throughout and a gourmet kitchen complete with stainless appliances! The back patio is perfect for dining al fresco complete with a charcoal grill and dining table. The kidney shaped black bottom pool is sure to please.

Upon entering the home, you are greated by a large tiled foyer. To the left of the foyer is a bedroom furnished with 2 twin beds. This room has access to a bathroom featuring a walk in shower. You can also access this bathroom from the foyer as well. This level also features a cozy den area furnished with a flat screen TV and access to the covered patio. The large laundry room is also on this level.

Another special feature is a family suite that includes a bedroom with a king size bed, a bedroom with 2 sets of twin bunks. These two rooms share an adjoining bathroom featuring a step in shower. Each of these room also has a large sliding glass door that accesses the covered patio.

Up a flight of stairs, you will find the main living area of the home. The open floor plan and wall of windows makes this space feel light and airy. There are two sitting areas perfect for curling up with a good book. The room also features a large rectangular dining table with seating for 8 as well as a large round table with seating for six perfect for dining or a game of cards.

Off of the living area you will find a newly renovated kitchen complete with stainless appliances. There is also a separate breakfast nook accessed from both the kitchen and living area that is furnished with a breakfast bar, a couple of comfy chairs and a flat screen TV.

Along the oceanside of the home is a covered lanai area surrounded by a glass railing and features a sitting area, a dining area, and a lounging area all with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and the pool area.
