1907 South Beach Club is a first floor unit of the five-story building.

Located on the first floor of the South (right) building, this spacious villa offers you more than a typical 2 bedroom villa. The open living and dining area features beautiful views of the Calibogue Sound from large windows as well as from the deck area located off of the living room. The living room has a 42" flat screen TV. The kitchen area which features a breakfast table as well as a comfy loveseat for those mornings when the urge to lounge is simply too hard to resist, also has access to the deck area. There is a ramp leading to a small set of stairs that allows you access to a large open grass area.

Off of the dining area, you will find a den area furnished with a sleeper sofa and a TV with a DVD/VCR player. The den has access to a half bath that also opens onto the foyer area.

The master bedroom is furnished with a four poster king size bed. This room also features his and hers walk in closets, an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower and a flat screen TV. The master bedroom also features a private balcony.

The guest bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and features a private bath with a tub/shower combo and a TV.
