This beautiful cottage style home welcomes you with it's brick facade and cottage style shutters! Upon entering the home you are greeted with sweeping views of the Atlantic ocean from the floor to ceiling windows run the width of the living room. The living room features a large flat screen TV with DVD player. The dining area is open to the living room and has seating for 6.

Off of the living area is a large open and airy kitchen, breakfast area and cozy sitting room. The gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops, a large 5 burner stove top, sub-zero refrigerator and freezer and a wet bar with an extra ice maker. There is also a door leading out to a covered area complete with a gas grill.

The pool deck is accessed from the sitting area and has expansive views of the ocean! There is a private boardwalk with a sand shower at the beach for your convenience.

One of the homes two master suites is located on the main floor. This bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, TV, access to the pool deck and a large private master bath. The master bath features double vanities, a large soaking tub, separate water closet and a large walk in closet. On this side of the home there is also a private office that is furnished with a sleeper sofa and TV. There is a second full bath located off of the master bedroom. This bath is complete with a walk in shower and another large closet and can be used with the sleeper den.

Up a short flight of stairs you will find a large bedroom furnished with 2 double beds. This room also features a sitting area, TV and a private bath with a tub/shower combo.

Up another short flight of stairs you will find 2 more bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is furnished with 2 twin size beds. This room also features a private sitting deck with ocean views, TV, large closet and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. Also on this level is an oceanfront bedroom furnished with a king size bed, TV and DVD player, windows overlooking the ocean, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo.

Up another short flight of stairs you will find the home's second master suite. This bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV, a private oceanfront balcony and a large master bath. The master bath features a freestanding jacuzzi tub, large glassed shower, double vanities and a separate water closet.
