Upon entering the foyer, one is immediately drawn to the open interior design, making this home ideal for a multi-family vacation.

The large foyer contains two stairwells to both sides of the home. There is also a resting area before going into the open den. This den is like no other as it has a mini-kitchen, sofa sleeper and a 50" flat screen TV and DVD and Blu Ray player. This entire area is ocean and pool front with easy access to the beach, ocean, pool and spa.

The den's kitchenette is equipped with a small refrigerator, cook top, microwave, dishwasher, sink and cabinets for kitchen supplies, and games. There is also a table with seating for 4, plus the sofa bed and love seat.

Immediately left of the entrance foyer is a bedroom furnished with a king bed and a private bath. Adjacent is a 2nd bedroom with 2 twins, a private bath, flat screen TV and a DVD player. This bedroom also has ocean views and access to the pool and beach.

To the right of the den is an ocean view king bedroom with a private bath with a walk in shower. There is a flat screen TV, DVD player and access to the pool and ocean.

Far right off of the foyer is an ocean side king bedroom with a private bath. This bedroom has a Jacuzzi tub, corner shower and a double vanity. There is a flat screen TV, DVD player, and access to the pool and beach.

The right set of stairs off of the foyer leads you to an ocean side king bedroom with a Jacuzzi tub, double vanity and walk in shower. There is a flat screen TV, DVD player and balcony for scenic viewing. This room is ideal for the honeymoon couple (or second honeymoon)!

The left set of stairs off of the foyer takes you to the main living area of the home which includes a formal dining room, living room and kitchen. The kitchen can be closed off from the other areas.

TO the far left is a powder room. Adjacent to this is the Master Bedroom furnished with a King size bed, flat screen TV and DVD player. The large master bath has a Jacuzzi tub, extended double vanity, walk in closet and a linen closet. There is also a separate room concealing a tub/shower combo, commode and bidet.

The oceanfront family room has two sofas, chairs and a 50" flat screen TV and DVD player. The audio system is located in this area and provides surround sound throughout the house.

While preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen, no one is deprived of the panoramic south-western views of the ocean, beach or pool from the ceiling to floor windows. There is an under counter ice machine, breakfast table with seating for 6 and bar stools a center island and a flat screen TV.

The 2nd floor, oceanfront, "L" shaped porch is furnished with 3 large round tables with 5 chairs each. There are also other sitting chairs, side tables and a gas grill. There is access to the porch from the living room and kitchen making it ideal for evening meals while enjoying the magnificent ocean sunsets, or panoramic views of the beach, ocean, pool and spa while having breakfast or lunch.

The large pool with an overflow fountain, spa and surrounding deck is perfect for basking in the sun. There is an overhang from the upstairs porch allowing those who do not wish to be in the direct sunlight, to enjoy the same spectacular views of the ocean and the swimmers in the pool.
