As you enter the home you step into the entry foyer and proceed to the living/dining room that features cathedral ceilings with skylights that brighten a large open dining area. The adjoining kitchen has ample cabinetry, new appliances, green granite counter tops.

Off of the entry foyer you will round the corner to the master bedroom featuring a king-size bed, a flat screen TV, a slider door to the back deck, a slider door to the pool, and a spacious private bath with a spa tub, a walk-in shower, double vanities, and a separate water closet. Off of the foyer hall is a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a connecting bath to another bedroom furnished with a queen bed. The connecting bath has a walk-in shower and a convenient outside door to the pool area.

A door from the dining area leads to a wing with a hall bath, a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. There is also another bedroom off of this hallway that has a two twin size beds and has access to the hall bath that has a tub/shower combo.

Off of the living room, a small hallway has a 2nd door to the front porch and a stairway up to a kids bonus room over the garage. This room features a queen sleeper sofa and and is outfitted for the kids in the family with a TV, various games and toys! This room also features a private bath with a walk-in shower.
