Traditional styling and a unique floor plan make this home perfect for a memorable vacation on Hilton Head Island. The seperate spacious living areas and beautiful golf course views welcome families of all sizes. The beach is a short three to five minute walk from the home.

Through the front door you are greeted by a formal living room and dining room. Just past this area you will find a newly renovated open kitchen and family room perfect for entertaining, watching movies and playing games. The deck, pool and backyard are accessible through sliding glass doors in the family room. For your convenience there is a full bathroom with a walk in shower off the family room.

The bedrooms are located on each side of the home and provide privacy for families. The master bedroom is located on the first floor to the left of the front door. The master bedroom features a king size bed, television and private bathroom. The master bath has a seperate bath tub and shower stall. The second master bedroom is located on the first floor just off the family room. This king bedroom also features a television and private bathroom with a Jacuzzi/shower combination and seperate vanity dressing area. From this bedroom you have access, up a set of stairs, to two guest bedrooms. Both bedrooms feature twin beds, televisions and have access to a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination. *Please note this shared bathroom is at the bottom of the stairs leading to the bedrooms from the master bedroom.

The other two guest bedrooms are located on the first floor to the right of the formal living room. One of these bedrooms features a king bed, twin bed and a television. The other guest bedroom features a queen bed, twin bed and a television. These two guest bedrooms have access to a bathroom in the hallway with a tub/shower combination.

And to complete your vacation outside the pool* area is incredibly relaxing with great views of the golf course and lagoon. Also guests staying at Carolina Breeze will be reimbusured for tennis court times* up to $75.00 per week with receipts.
