Located on "Deer Island" in Harbour Town, these unique "Treehouses" offer a new and exciting way to spend your vacation! Each villa is octagonally shaped and elevated with beautiful landscape views and with some overlooking the marshes and Calibogue Sound.

This very private villa is great for watching the local wildlife, including exotic birds and deer! Through walls of glass you will have a breathtaking view of the surrounding lush landscaping and a peek of the sound from your living room, dining room and kithcen combination. A large deck provides additional outdoor enjoyment. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and features a private bath and a peak of the marsh. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has access to a hall bath that features a step in shower and a unique round tub.

Within a short walk the property has access to a pool at Harbour Town.
