The private master bath has a jacuzzi tub with separate shower. The 2nd bedroom on this level has two twin beds. There is a half bath on this floor and one of the 2 laundry rooms.

The second level has 4 bedrooms, each with their own private bathrooms. A second living space with television, wine fridge, card table, and balcony access and the second laundry room are also located on this floor. The second master bedroom, with a king size bed, enjoys a great ocean view. Two other bedrooms on this level also enjoy ocean views. The first has a queen size bed with balcony access, a television, a private bath with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The second has two double beds, a television, a tub/shower combination bathroom, and corner views of the ocean. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, a small television with VCR. a private bath with a walk-in shower, and views of the lush foliage in front of the home.

The top floor is home to the last 2 bedrooms, each with a queen and a twin bed. These two rooms can be combined into one with the accordion pocket door open; or the door can be closed, each room still with its own entrance and window. They have access to a shared hall bath and both enjoy ocean views.
