Hilton Head Island Travel Directions

From I-95, take Exit 8 onto Hwy. 278 and travel east for approximately 20 miles. Cross the main bridge onto Hilton Head Island and stay in the left lane and at the split in the road (about 2 miles from the bridge) take the Cross Island Expressway. There is a $1.25 toll to take this route. The toll road turns into Palmetto Bay Road after you have crossed over the Cross Island Bridge.

The office for Resort Rentals of Hilton Head Island will be on your left shortly after Archer Road (about 1 mile from the Cross Island Bridge) at the Village Exchange. 32 Palmetto Bay Road Hilton Head Island, SC 29928 is the address.

You may also forgo the toll road and proceed on Hwy. 278 Business to the Sea Pines Circle (approximately 11 miles from the bridge) taking the first exit off of the Circle to get onto Palmetto Bay Road (follow signs for Cross Island Expressway).

Continue through the light at Target Road staying in the right lane. Our office will be on the right at the Village Exchange.
