This home offers gas heating from January through May and September through December. During June, July and August heating is not an option.
Please note: Heating must be arranged at least one week prior to arrival. There will be an additional $50 administrative fee after this period. Due to unforeseen mechanical problems with heating pools/Jacuzzis, we will refund the unused portion of the heating charge, but no adjustment will be made to rental rate. All settings for the pool, including temperature, are made only by Resort Rentals of Hilton Head Island. During rare times of low temperature (below 40 degrees) and/or high winds, pools may not be able to reach the pre-set temperature.
If the home has a pool plus Jacuzzi, they cannot be heated separately. When Jacuzzi is not heated, jets may also not operate.

Cost for the week will be: November & December $1,800.00, January & February $2,000.00, March $1,200.00, April & May $800.00, September & October $1,200.00
