This home offers electric heating from January through May and September through December. During June, July and August heating is not an option.
Please note: Heating must be arranged at least one week prior to arrival. There will be an additional $50 administrative fee after this period. Due to unforeseen mechanical problems with heating, we will refund the unused portion of the heating charge, but no adjustment will be made to rental rate. All settings for the pool, including temperature, are made only by Resort Rentals of Hilton Head Island. During rare times of low temperatures and/or high winds, pools may not be able to reach the pre-set temperature. When temperatures fall below 45 degrees the heater will not operate.
If the home has a pool plus Jacuzzi, they cannot be heated separately. When Jacuzzi is not heated, jets may also not operate.
POOL HEAT RATES
Cost for the week will be: November & February $500.00, March $350.00, April & May $250.00, September & October $350.00.
