As you enter the main floor foyer you immediately notice that you are entering a totally different experience. The main floor consists of the Jimmy Buffet bedroom with a bath that opens to the pool area. The pool while small offers, a private retreat to get out of the afternoon sun.

Entering the first floor you notice the hardwood heart of pine floors. The nautical feel of the floors is found through out the entire house. The first floor has two outside decks; one large deck with a gas grill, and a table and chairs. The living room, kitchen, and dining room are totally surrounded with windows and doors to let the natural light and breezes to come in. This is the center for entertaining. The dining room table will accommodate ten people for eating, socializing, or playing games. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops with a breakfast bar. The living room has a comfortable arrangement in front of a gas fireplace which features a 47" flat screen television with DVD/VCR mounted above. The bookshelf next to the fireplace has a built-in entertainment center with a desk and telephone for a computer.

Down the hall are the Bahama and The Surf Up bedrooms. The Bahama bedroom is a king master suite with a sitting area and a full bathroom. The Surf Up bedroom has twin beds with a private bath.

Arriving on the top floor you immediately notice the private deck that is connected to the second living space. The room is decorated with leather furniture a television, stereo, and a DVD/VCR player. Totally surrounded by windows and doors - a great place to get away and enjoy the afternoon ocean breezes.

Next to the living room is a full walk in utility room and the Atlantic Bedroom. This bedroom has two twin beds, a bath, and a private verandah. Down from the living room is the Magnolia bedroom. This king suite has a high beam ceiling with a sitting area. The private bath has a Jacuzzi tub, a double vanity with a dressing table, and a large three head marble shower.

Singleton Beach Located mid island and offers a pristine quite beach. This is the reason that the town of Hilton Head purchased 70 acres to develop a fantasic public park. This park features walking trails, bike trails, lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer and baseball fields, outdoor grills, picnic tables, and playgrounds. The park even has a fenced dog park.

Our home is located right next to the park and less than 300 yards from the beach. The home is located in a gated community and has a shuttle service to the park and the beach. The shuttle will run from May 15 through September 6.
