The kitchen and both bathrooms were remodeled in 2007 making this villa one of the nicest ones in Evian. A large private patio offers a view of the golf course as well as one of Shipyard's many lagoons offering a haven to many of the native birds.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, a private bath with a large walk in shower, French doors leading to the patio, a television and DVD/VCR.

The guest bedroom features two twin beds, television, DVD/VCR and access to the hall bathroom. This bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Along with having access to on-site tennis courts the owner has provided an additional hour of free tennis a day at the Van der Meer Tennis Center for the 2008 rental season.

Within walking distance to the beach, the Crowne Plaza Hotel, the Van der Meer Tennis Resort, the golf course and lagoons, these contemporary French Quarter style units have something for everyone.
